Own a share of Qbea's subnet revenue
Qbea develops predictive models for the TAO market. To keep improving them and access Bittensor's incentive layer, we want to launch our own subnet. This requires community funding for registration, infrastructure, and initial operations.
Every contribution to the treasury gives you a permanent share of the future subnet's revenue. Once live, 80% of the subnet owner's take will be distributed daily to all contributors, proportional to their share. Your share is calculated as your contribution divided by the total treasury target (1,750 TAO — registration, initial emissions, infrastructure & development — see funding requirements).
No token, no airdrop, no speculation. If the subnet launches, you receive real TAO, every day, directly to your wallet. Revenue will depend on subnet performance.

Send TAO to the treasury address. Your share is locked at contribution time.
Step 2
Subnet Launches
Treasury funds registration and initial operations. Validators and miners join. Emissions begin.
Step 3
Daily Revenue
80% of the subnet's owner take is distributed daily to all shareholders, pro-rata.
In the event the subnet does not launch, all contributions are returned to the original wallet addresses. Your funds are tracked on-chain and fully traceable.

- Share: Your permanent percentage of distributions, calculated as (your contribution / 1,750 TAO).
- Owner take: The subnet owner's configurable cut of emissions (up to 18% of daily subnet emissions).
- Distribution: 80% of owner take goes to shareholders. 20% reserved for operations and development.
- Revenue is variable: Daily emissions depend on subnet performance and network weight. It could be significant or minimal.
- No guarantee: If the subnet underperforms, distributions may be small or zero.
- No refunds after launch: Once the subnet is registered, the registration cost is spent. Pre-launch contributions are fully refundable.
